I love being part of a team, especially a creative team. This shoot from way back was a great experience. I loved the concept and tag lines. The hard work was mostly in logistics and production. We handled all production in house. From location scouting of four locations in South Florida; shipping, receiving and transport of branded merchandise; securing all necessary props, crew and permits. Photography of all elements took place over a period of two days. It all went off without a hitch. In 2009 MMGY Global hired me to shoot lifestyle images for a resort in Pensacola, Florida. The images were to be used for their new black and white ad campaign. Excited about the opportunity to shoot B&W, my crew and I arrived at the resort to find that the weather for the next week would be stormy and gray. Many of us were sitting pretty and comfortable, surrounded by abundance of every kind. Then, on this inevitable day, Mother Nature whispered a wake up call that sounded like wind and rain (or fire, tornado, earthquake and flood).
